About this coloring page

Peaches stand for long life in China, and this monkey holding a peach on a blossom branch looks very pleased with its prize. The monkey is the ninth sign, playful and clever, and a small lantern hangs from a twig beside it. Among our free coloring pages for Chinese New Year, this one has a lovely mix of soft fur, a round fruit and flowers to color. Try a light brown monkey with a pink and yellow peach. Two places further along the cycle comes the happy puppy sitting next to a red envelope, the loyal dog.
