Dragon flying over a pagoda - Lunar new year dragon coloring page

About this coloring page

High above a pagoda roof and a sea of clouds, a long dragon flies with its claws spread and its mane blowing back. This Lunar New Year dragon coloring page shows how dragons are pictured in Chinese art: a snake-like body, four legs and no wings. The pagoda has curved roofs and railings that older children can color in red, green and gold. For a calmer animal after all those scales, the smiling ox under a lantern has big open shapes. The baby goat with mandarin oranges is another gentle pick for the Year of the Goat.
