Tiger walking through a bamboo grove - Chinese new year tiger coloring page

About this coloring page

Stripes, whiskers and tall bamboo stalks make this tiger walking through a bamboo grove one of the more detailed animals in the zodiac. The tiger is the third sign and stands for courage, which is why it is such a popular Chinese New Year tiger coloring page in classrooms. Use orange with black stripes for a real tiger, or try white for the rare white tiger of Chinese legend. Green bamboo and a few leaves finish the scene. Older kids can add shadows under the paws to make it look as if it is really stepping forward.
