Simple party hat with polka dots - Preschool new years coloring pages

About this coloring page

A tall cone party hat covered in big polka dots stands alone on the page, with thick outlines and lots of open space. It is one of the preschool New Years coloring pages, simple enough for a first coloring session with chunky crayons. Kids can color each dot a different color and the hat one bright shade. It also makes a good template for cutting and gluing. Children can also glue on real paper dots or stickers. When they are ready for more detail, the big striped party hat with a pom-pom is the next step.
