Star balloon and round balloons with confetti - Happy new year coloring sheets

About this coloring page

A big star-shaped foil balloon floats in front of a cluster of round balloons, all tied together with long ribbons, while confetti sparkles around them. Shiny balloons like these decorate many parties, so this is one of the happy New Year coloring sheets for decorating the room. Make the star gold or silver and the round balloons bright. Leave small white spots for shine. The ribbons can curl in different colors for a cheerful finish. A party table with a cake and cupcakes would look great under these balloons.
