Penguin in a party hat waving a party horn - New years coloring sheets

About this coloring page

A cheerful penguin in a striped party hat waves a little party horn with one flipper, standing on a patch of snow with its feet wide apart. Penguins are the stars of many New Years coloring sheets because they live in the cold and always look dressed for a party. The body is black and white, so the hat and the horn are where kids can use their brightest colors. A soft blue shadow under the feet makes the snow look real. Another bird celebrating the night is the owl in a party hat on a snowy branch.
