About this coloring page
Holding a big carrot in its front paws, this groundhog stands tall and looks around as if checking that nobody will take its snack. It is a free groundhog coloring page with a plain background, so the animal and the carrot are the stars. Orange for the carrot and green for its leafy top are obvious, but the fur can be anything from honey to dark chocolate. Kids who like dressing animals up can move on to the groundhog in a scarf and earmuffs later. Print a few and use them as place cards on February 2.
