Printable Tracing Shapes Worksheets For Kindergarten

About this coloring page

Colour the shapes using the key on this sheet of printable tracing shapes worksheets for kindergarten. The table at the top says triangle red, pentagon blue, hexagon green and octagon yellow, and four large shapes with solid outlines wait below: a pentagon, a triangle, an octagon and a hexagon. Children need to count the sides of each shape to tell which is which, especially the hexagon with six sides and the octagon with eight. It is good practice for shape names, counting and reading colour words. Then trace the outlines on the shapes worksheets to print for free or try the free printable shapes worksheets with coloring.
