Printable Shapes Worksheets For Kindergarten

About this coloring page

Draw lines to connect the same shapes on this printable shapes worksheet for kindergarten. A triangle, a square, a circle, a rectangle, an oval and a diamond stand in a column on the left, and their partners wait on the right in a different order. The tricky part is that the shapes on the right are turned or stretched: the triangle points sideways, the square stands on its corner like a diamond, and the rectangle stands up tall. Children learn that a shape keeps its name when it turns. Then try the geometric shapes worksheets with additional matching challenges or the other printable shapes worksheets for preschool.
