About this coloring page
Letter Y is the focus of these preschool letter writing coloring pages. Children trace the capital Y and the small y on the dotted rows, then look at six labelled pictures: a yoghurt, a smiling sun, a giraffe, a yak, a yacht and a bus. The yoghurt, the yak and the yacht begin with Y, and those three are the ones to colour; the sun, the giraffe and the bus are there to catch out anyone not listening. Colour the yak brown, the yacht's sails white and blue and the yoghurt pink. This sheet pairs with the kindergarten letter writing templates, or explore more printable preschool letter writing worksheets.
