Snowman in a party hat waving his twig arms - New year colouring

About this coloring page

A smiling snowman wears a cone party hat and waves both twig arms, with a tiny party hat in one of them, as if he is ready to toss it to a friend. This New Year colouring page mixes winter and party in one simple picture. Leave the snowman white or add pale blue shadows, then make the hat and scarf bright. The carrot nose and buttons give younger kids small shapes to practise on. A few blue dots around him turn the white page into falling snow. For a more traditional snowman in a scarf, color our snowman with a scarf as well.
