About this coloring page
Mary kneels beside a straw-filled manger holding baby Jesus on this gentle page of nativity coloring pages for children. Joseph stands close by in a long robe, leaning on his shepherd's crook, while two shepherds pray behind them with their hands on their hearts. A woolly sheep rests on the snowy ground, and tall fir trees and two stars fill the night behind them. Soft blues for Mary's veil, browns and creams for the robes and golden yellow for the straw look calm and warm. Leave the snow white so the figures stand out. It is a peaceful sheet for telling the Christmas story.
